It consists of an apartment of 50m2 on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking a secure swimming pool (11mx6m) facing south. The land also offers places shaded by pines and century-old olive trees for a well-deserved nap.

Summary: We had great week in the apartment. Excellent location on the outskirts of Sanary Sur Mer. Apartment was very well equipped and pool was superb. Stunning views from the terrace and super quiet yet only minutes away from shops, restaurants and beaches. Marc was an excellent host! Highly recommended.

Summary: We enjoyed a fantastic holiday staying in Marc's apartment. It is situated at the edge of Sanary, a 30 minute walk into the centre. The property is well appointed, great terrace, large private grounds with boule and amazing clean pool. We travel with bikes and although far less cycle paths compared to other parts of Var, a great way to explore the area and travel quickly into the town. Highly recommend.

Summary: This is a fantastic apartment in Sanary-sur-mer. It is calm and peaceful, fully enclosed and secure. Everything is there for the perfect holiday. The pool is amazing at anytime of the day. Our host's Marc and Andrea were very friendly and welcoming. Helping us with suggestions for places to visit and being there if we needed anything and always discreet. They have a dog named Gumbo who is really friendly. Don't hesitate to book, this place is perfect!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the utilities are excellent and well kept. The shower is amazing, the cooker is amazing, the cupboards are full with everything you need to cook and eat, you have it all. The pool is really nice and there are large cushions which float in the pool to lie on in the pool which is great fun. The local area is really nice. You can walk to the port easily for dinner or drinks and there is often events on and a market, it looks beautiful at night. No complaints at all our stay was perfect.
